Reema Bisharat Haddad

Co-Founder

With a background in Chemical Engineering, Reema brings a natural appreciation for precision, organization, and attention to detail to everything she does. Her passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces inspired her to co-found Instakleen with the goal of helping others enjoy their homes without the added stress of keeping up with daily cleaning demands.

As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Reema understands how valuable time truly is. She believes that a well-maintained space can bring comfort, peace of mind, and more opportunity to focus on the moments that matter most.

Outside of work, Reema enjoys swimming, playing badminton, and taking long walks with her beloved dog, River. Her favourite part of the job is knowing that clients can walk into a fresh, beautifully cared-for space and simply enjoy being home.

With a background in Civil Engineering, Malek has always valued structure, efficiency, and thoughtful problem-solving. His practical mindset and attention to detail play an important role in ensuring Instakleen operates with consistency and professionalism.

Behind the scenes, he supports the company's operations, growth, and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the client experience and maintain the high standards Instakleen is known for.

Outside of work, Malek enjoys spending time with family, taking on home projects, and exploring new ideas that help the business evolve and better serve its community.
